Maraqua narrowed her eyes to hard angry slits. Her temper was rising fast and she knew this wans't her world anymore, but she still couldn't help getting angry.
"Did you even hear my conversation with that supersonic hearing of yours?" I asked, tapping lightly on her head. "There are some of my people who weren't captured and I was giving orders to take them to a safe location. So before you yell, why don't you listen to the other side of the story first." She said, sitting back down in her seat and crossing her arms in irritation.
"Believe it or not, I do know how the world works, Fox. I'm not as fish brained as you think I am just because I come from the world below. I used to live up here and I often get reports from other Anima when they come down to visit about what's happening here." She said, turning away from Fox for the last time and peering out the window, watching as Saphira dove back underwater for the last time.

This is going to be a long trip.. And it won't be fun.. I thought to myself bitterly. "Mara. Don't act like you understand everything." I started, "I'm not going to say anything right now, except that you dont even know half of whats going on. And take your life better than you are right now. I never had anyone to care about for way too long. You've got the better end of the stick. So quit yelling and just understand that there are people who are doing much worse than you right now." I took in a breath to tell her something, "My biological parents were found recentley, even though i've never met them. And just when i get the chance...." I trailed off, "They were blasted to smithreens. Right in front of my eyes when i was suppossed to be spying on them to make sure they were the real deal. I found out just as their guts spilled onto me after a missle came down." I now looked at her with narrowed eyes, outstaring her angry gaze. "And dont even tell me you know what thats like, because you dont. So shut your trap."

Maraqua felt bad for Fox and gave her a hint of sympathy in her gaze mixed with anger still.
"Look, we need to get along here if I want to save my people and if you want to stop this war. So if you don't stop calling me stupid, and if I don't stop... taking you for granted..." She said, choking out the last part. "Then neither of us will get what we want. Because I want my people. And you want this war to end. So let's just apologize to each other and call a truce, okay? Because you need me... And I need you..." She said, letting out a long sigh of relief, trying to rid herself of her anger.

I sighed. "I forgive you. If you forgive me. This is what happens in catastrophe. This is what people fear the most. This is how war begins in the first place. Bitter arguements that turn into deaths of thousands. But ive seen the deaths of too many anima to look at it with horror. So this is just a reminder of what we shouldnt do if we want to get through this. This war between anima and humans will last for hundreds of years. I wont be able to end it. " The helicopter finally came to a stop as the skids touched wet earth. It was now pattering with rain outside. Mara and I stepped off of the copter, with a few troops from a different copter coming along towards us. Mara wasnt struggling to walk anymore, probably because of the rain. She followed me as the soldiers, uniformed in navy blue vests, led us to to entrance of hte building we were meeting in. It was like an office building inside, but it wasnt new to me. However, Mara was looking around, half curiously, and probably a little frightened to be enclosed in a narrow space. The men than lead us to a conference room. Where the table was made of cherry wood, with several generals and seargants that i knew circled around the table. One of the ends of the oval table seated General Sheperd, who was the head of the ARAA. The other end was empty, it was my seat. There was a seat near mine reserved for Mara. I gave her a glance to that pointed to the chair telling her to sit down. And after a while she did, still not saying much. "All right, so General Fox, tell us what were dealing with here." General Sheperd adressed me from the other end of the table, with a serious look on his face. "Well, Sheperd, precisely an hour and a half ago three submarines, each contaning about 24 armed personnel, entered the Rock Harbor apparentley undetected. They came in and captured about 245 fish anima and have taken them eastward of the location of the fishbowl-like kingdom. I have brought along their queen, who managed to evade capture, to explain just exactly what happened in her side of the story. Than were going to make a plan to get them back."
(btw, i think Mara should be awed or something by the fact that Fox is a general, and mabye ask about how that happened later)

(okay. Sure thing)
Maraqua glanced at all the others at the table who stared at her, each of them awaiting for her to speak up about how the world looked. They all assumed her to be overwhelmed by buildings and people and animals, when really she had seen it all. Nothing was new to her except the information she was about to receive about what was currently going on in the world.
Quite frankly, she was overwhelmed by one thing. The fact that Fox was being addressed as general. But she shook the thought from her mind and would confront him about that later.
"Greetings, I am Maraqua, Queen of Maraquia. My kingdom has the ability to create sort of a invisible coat over the kingdom, shielding it from virtually any attack that comes our way, which is how we have managed to stay hidden for so many years. But, recently, Fox came to my kingdom warning us all of the attack, so we evacuated to a hidden location, which, unfortunately, they found my people and captured them all. However, about 10 or 20 of people managed to stay hidden and have been ordered by me to evacuate to my sister's utopia kingdom located in the Indian Ocean. And I am here to try and get my people back." She said, pursing her lips, wondering if she gave the proper speech to these people.

General Sheperd sighed. "We will have to trace their location. We have never really found it, Maraqua. And it will take much time to find them. However! Some of our double agents are bringing us news about the status of your people: They are in good shape for now, but they are scheduled to begin scientific tests in about a month. They are currently in a large, aquarium like tank that contains the type of chemicals you would find in Valium, so they are a little bit sedated at the moment. "We havent got much time, and we'll keep things running as fast as we can. Meanwhile your going to have to help us out with the tasks that we want you to do, even if they arent related to this situation if you are to recieve help for your people. General Fox, i dismiss you to take her to her guest room. Than you can come back up here to run the bypass of this plan, for only you can." He explained with all seriousness held in his tone. "Will do, Sheperd. Mara, come on." I said to her.

Maraqua's face churned at the sound of her people being tested.
"Tested... I won't have it!" She yelled, as Fox took her to her room. "My people... This can't happen to them! I have to do something... I feel so useless sitting here and doing nothing while they are being mistreated! I can't withstand it!" She yelled, plopping down on her guest bed. She looked out the large bay window that was in her room that overlooked a seaside. The base was on the side of a cliff, an uncharted island really, so no one would know their location. The room she was in was right on the edge of the cliff and it was about a 200 foot drop from her window to the rocky shore.
She thought about what she could do and opened her mouth to speak as an idea popped into her head.
"Fox, what if I went as an undercover agent and got my people out of there?" She asked, knowing in her heart that she could free her people. She had the powers... She had her triton and her ability to control water.

"Out of the question." I stated immediatley, "We cant put you to such extremes. This isnt like a James Bond movie, Maraqua. Its much more complicated and difficult than just pretending to work for the company and than letting your people free. Now i know your in patient, and as General Sheperd said, their being tested within a month from now, so right now their just in a smaller space than their used to." I knew that she would hate me for this later on. "Now relax. We have much time before were ready, and much time before bad things start occuring to your people. You are too headstrong, and need to be patient." I noticed that Maraqua was staring at her window. I looked over it, than turned back to her. "No." i said, trying to get some authority over her before she went and threw herself out the window.

Maraqua narrowed her eyes as Fox in anger.
"I'm stronger than your people give me credit for. I can go undercover for a little while and if i'm attacked i can hold them off. I can give you information while i'm in there and i can free my people when you give me the order. I can do this." She said, narrowing my eyes harder at Fox.
Maraqua eyed the window still, prepared to lunge into the water and take matters into her hands if she had to. Patience was out of the question at this point. Her people were in danger of being tested. And how was it certain it was a month? One quick decision by those people and her kingdom could be dead.

I sighed and shook my head doubtfully. "You know what? Do whatever the h*ll that you want to do. But i will not be held responsible for your death if thats what happens. You know nothing about the place. If you go down there thinking your super powerful and end up getting killed than what will all your people think about that? Oh they wont really know because if you die they probably will too. So go ahead and do what you want and disappoint your people." I exited the room and slammed the door. I walked down to the hallway back into the conference room. "Is Maraqua in her room?" General Sheperd asked from the other side of the conference table. "Not for much longer." I growled furiously. General Sheperd raised an eyebrow at me. "What do you mean by that?" His voice started to create a booming effect. "Shes thickheaded. Shes overestimating herself and is going to try to be one of the spies, given no idea where the AHO lies and how their defenses work. Can we get an AC-130 and some predator drones ready to come to her aid? Where shes probably going to head she'll be attacked in the first ten minutes." I explained to him. He sighed loudly, just as i had done only minutes ago. "Yes, yes, if this will teach her something important. This is what most Anima haters dislike. The fact that they will take their powers to an advantage and be co cky and overstimate their powers." He trailed off, speaking a couple words to General Manhattan, who sitting on the left side of the table. "All right, lets get these plans discussed, shall we?" He said. "Yes."
I pulled out a map of the AHO headquarters. "Ok, they have several levels of security. They have claymores implanted in these three gates that are used to attract possible spies until when they enter that gate they are blown to bits. Then there is the matter of these four men stationed in all corners of the entrance. A flash grenade would have to be tossed onto them in order to daze them than we can take them out. But we will also need a smoke grenade for these four snipers stationed in the second story of the building. They have Barrett .50 Calibers with extended ACOG scopes implanted on them. We would have to have perfect aim with our snipers that should be stationed at least half a mile west."
General Sheperd nodded intentivley with interest. "But than there is the matter of their motion detecting alarms. They pull on a hair trigger. Which sets off the alarm by the entrance."
"Precisley. We will insert a silencer on our snipers and fire at the audio amplifier. Than we will throw our flash grenade and take them out. If that doesnt work, we can fire a missle from the predator drone. But were trying to make our assault as quiet as possible, so we will need to be careful with our decisions."
General Sheperd was very interested in this plan. "Good, good, your not bad at this. Now what happens when we get in?" He asked me.
"Well, we'll have to go through the eastern wall and hide in the corner, make sure the coast is clear. If its not, than we fire. We will bring suppressed weapons so as to not attract attention. If the coast is clear, than we proceed to the stairway. Our main objective is the fifth floor, where the control room lies. Than we'll have to override the security and release the fish anima somehow, which is where i will come in. While several troops head off towards the control room, a couple other troops, which hopefully you can let me include Captain Mactavish, will come in down to the basement. Than we open fire to any enemies around and open the port doors so that the fish anima can exit. Some of them may help us when the security is tripped, but woever is at the control panel will have to open any doors we need to be opened."
(Maybe that Maraqua should try to do what shes trying to but than shes barely halfway there when shes attacked by AHO. Than Fox can come in and save Maraquas life and than Maraqua will listen. That sounds like a good plot idea if you ask me.)

(Well, Maraqua isn't as thick headed as you make her seem... She just feels like she's got nothing to do and she wants to help as much as she can and she thinks being a spy would be best for her. It's not that she won't listen... It's that she feels like your people take her for granted. I think these last couple of posts are just miscommunication here...)
Maraqua listened in through the door on their conversation, letting out a low growl at Fox's rage at her idea.
"I'm not helpless..." She said, gritting her teeth. She banged her hand against the wall, causing it to make a creaking sound and it suddenly caved in and flipped around, revealing a wall full of gadgetry and armed weapons.
"Do they have one of these in every room?" She asked, running her hand across one of the large guns on the center of the wall. "Well guns aren't my style, but i'll take the gadgets..." She said, smiling and picking up a watch that had many different features as began tampering with it, watching as a holographic map appeared showing her all the coordinates of every major AHO hideout.
"This will help." She said, strapping it on along with more gadgets.
(I was thinking like, some alarm goes off {not in her room but in another room} that signifies that the wall has been opened and so everyone rushes in right as she jumps out the window or something...)

Right as i stood up, and alarm blared off. I thought nothing of it, for I already knew what happened. She opened up the emergency supplies wall. "d**n this is starting to turn into a James Bond movie!!" I exclaimed frustratedly. "More or less like a Spy Kids movie." Someone said behind me. When i turned around, i saw one of my own,(Shes the general of the ARAA, but General Sheperd is General of Task Force 141, the most powerful group of handpicked soldiers on the planet. ARAA needs TF-141 for supplies and support.) Sergant Tyson. He had the anima of a hawk, so he could sprout wings and see things from above very clearly, but unlike me, he can make it dissapear. "Sergant Tyson! What are you doing here? Where are the rest of them?" I asked. "Of course everyone else back at our other base! I brought only the rest of 24th Anima Regiment." He replied cooly. I nodded. "Well be sure to get a copter ready with a pull rope. I'm going to have to swing Maraqua out of there. The watch that tells the coordinates to the nearest civilization and a few other gadgets are missing. Maraqua must have taken the watch thinking it would lead her to AHO headquarters. I want to stop calling her thickheaded, but to her, the whole world is too much like a movie." He nodded and exited, along with the rest of his regiment, which consisted of at least twenty-two anima. The alarms eventually settled down, leaving my ears some peace and tranquility to let them bleed (just kidding!) and continued on towards the heli pad, where several others from the TF-141 were waiting. I climbed upon a skid and grabbed an Intervention with thermal scope and sat on the skid, letting my legs dangle. I could hear the sound of the helicopter starting up and eventually we were in the air.
(ok now your going to have to make the post when your in trouble. Can be from whatever you like)

Maraqua grabbed the watch along with a backpack that was also a jetpack which she would later use if she needed to get out of a sticky situation. She dove off the ledge perfectly and landed into the raging water below, switching into her anima form. She dove deeper into the water and swam through the raging currents picking up about two AHO helicopters on her radar.
"Alright, let's fight." She said, resurfacing, watching as the helicopters hovered over, guns pointed and divers lunging into the water.
She rose her hands above her, causing a giant waterspout to form, herself perched at the top of it. She drew water into her hands and slashed icicles at the metal exterior. She pulled out her triton and drew in lightning, slashing it at everyone, taking out at least a dozen of the men.
"Never give up..." She said to herself as she blast another bolt at a helicopter.

As i waited patiently for the helicopter to arrive, i noticed a lot of chatter on the comm. I tuned in to figure out what was going on. "Sand Bravo, signals of about fifty bogeys are on your scope, please verify." "Very funny station. Thats a big negative over." "Overwatch, uuh. We may have a minor ACS fault here, do you have anything on your scope?" "Negatory station. Scope is clear. Dont know what to tell ya. Solar interference? Heavy sunspot activity today." "Sierra Delta, uum, some signs of about fifty bogeys on your scope, please verify." "There everywhere!" "Sierra Delta, Repeat!" "Im looking at fighter jets over the Atlantic! How the hell did they get through?!" Chaos and mayhem were ensuing as the control stations began yelling orders about what to do. We were going to be outnumbered by far. We needed reinforcements. "We need to find Maraqua and get the hell out of here!" I shouted. The helicopter pilot was traveling as fast as he could now, and i had to pull into the helicopter to avoid being blown off. After about five minutes, we found Maraqua, surrounded by two helicopters that she was attacking. We quickly fired at them and they erupted in flames, spiraling into the water. The pilot of my copter flew lower until my arm could reach Maraqua. I pulled her up despite her protest. Sergant Tyson and i strapped her down. "Before you say anything, let me just tell you that what you just did got about fifty fighter jets loaded with supplies and AHO troops heading on over. You might have just delayed the rescue of your people and cost some multiple million dollars for us. Dont get off the heli or your dead!" I told her.
(Do you kind of see how realistic my posts are compared to yours? Its not that you have to change anything if you dont want to im just pointing that out for reference. However, Fox will learn more powers soon anyway. And by the way, i made a character change. I made Fox sixteen. Lets just say shes looks a little older than the picture portrays, ok?)
