Create a Clan Form

Alright, this is the form for every Clan in every suboard. Each suboard has a different form required. I know its kind of silly to have a form for your Clan, but its just so that looking at your Clan will be easier for members.

Rules that apply for every suboard:

1. No pictures bigger than 728 x 400

2. No graphic or horrific pictures. Or your Clan will be deleted.

3. No pictures that have bad logos or sayings on them.

It can obtain basically anything but must be similar to either Form above.
