ClawClan is a former Clan I used to be apart of. This Clan is a bloodthirsty Clan like BloodClan, yet it's ceremonies and traditions are somewhat the same as the Clans. This particular Clan is located far beyond ShadowClan. Beyond ShadowClan's marshes is a fenced in wheat field and beyond the wheat field is an extremely large and thick forest where ClawClan lives.
ClawClan
Info: They do not believe in StarClan at all. Everytime an kit/apprentice/warrior is moved up to a higher position an initiation is put into place where the whole Clan gangs up on the one cat. And if the cat survives, then they move up. If it doesn't, that proves they are not strong enough to be in the Clan. There are no Elders in this Clan, for when the times comes that they are to weak to be a warrior anymore they are killed. It is the leader's decision to kill them off. Every warrior dreads this day, so they try their hardest to hide their weaknesses.
Locations: There are many locations in ClawClan so we'll start with the important ones.
Cliff Field: this field is located in a rounded gorge where the sun beats down heavily. This field is full of soft luscious grass where apprentices and mentors come to train.
Burnt Tree Camp: This camp is located in the dead center of the thick forest. This particular group of trees is where a forest fire took place took place years ago. Because of the large group of cats that live in the area, the trees and brush seem to never grow back.
Broken Boulder Ridge: This ridge overlooks a massive valley located just below the forest where a large rockfall happened years before. Many apprentices come here to get themselves into trouble. Legend has it that another Clan lives in the luscious valley but ClawClan has never entered the valley, fearing it will start an unnecessary war.
Abandon Twoleg Mansion: This home has been abandon since ClawClan first settled. Many times during a severe storm, the Clan will hide here until it subsides.
Unreachable Oak: This oak tree is the tallest oak tree in the entire forest, jutting up over every tree, it is noticeably the tallest tree from a distance. It's wide and covered in vines. Only one Clan cat has made it to the top of this oak, and it is said that he has lived there ever since, watching over the Clan.
Deadclaw: Leader of ClawClan. A dark grey tom with bright white stripes and scars across his body and a stub for a tail and dark black eyes. Deadclaw is a rather wise and old leader, but has lived on for many many moons.
Echowing (deceased): the previous deputy of ClawClan also known as Leafstar now. Echowing was a confused warrior during her time there, but was very ambitious while there. She soon left, moons after she became deputy to go back to her old Clan and become their leader.
Branchscar: current deputy of ClawClan. A dark brown tom with bright white paws and black specks across his coat and bright yellow eyes.
Violetcoat: the medicine cat of ClawClan. A jet black she-cat with white paws and blue eyes. She is not aloud to heal of take care of cats. But if a cat is very weak, she will help them. A medicine cat is not aloud in ClawClan, but every once in a while, there will be a cat interested in healing and who will help cats when they can.
*Warriors:
Sharpeye: Mentor and senior warrior of ClawClan. A jet black tom with bright blue eyes. Entitled as the strongest warrior in the camp, Sharpeye is known for being a mentor and watching out for the kits in the nursery.
Tornpelt: a senior warrior. A tan pelted she-cat with dark brown eyes. Tornpelt is a weak she-cat who barely survived her initiation into the Clan. She is mainly known for her intelligence.
Slashtail: a young warrior. A silver coated tom with grey eyes. Not much is known about this cat or his past. This cat is a noble fighter and believes in ancestors, but the name is unknown.
Graystorm: an elder warrior thats on the verge of retiring. A orange pelted tom with dim yellow eyes. This cat is on the verge of retiring, but trying to hold onto his strength. Once a cat is to old to fight, he is sentenced to death.
Rosedeath: a young warrior. A beautiful silver pelted she-cat with bright red eyes. (the color of roses) She is quite small, which is why she is often attacked. Rosedeath was given her name because she never loses a battle and kills cats within a single blow.
*Apprentices:
Clawpaw: a new apprentice. A jet black tom with bright yellow eyes. He has yet to prove his ambition, but knows he will one day lead his Clan well.
Thornpaw: a senior apprentice. A light brown she-cat with bright blue eyes. She is an ambitious apprentice, constantly trying to prove her strength, but has yet to learn her fighting skills.
Jetpaw: a new apprentice. An unusually colored orange and black pelted tom with bright blue eyes. This apprentice is a strong fighter, but constantly questions his loyalty. Jetpaw is the only StarClan believer in the entire Clan because of Slashtail's stories.
Cloverpaw: a weak new apprentice. A silver pelted she-cat. She barely survived her initiation, and is still recovering. She strangely knows a lot about healing methods and is the medicine apprentice of the Clan.
*Queens:
Sharptail: a grey pelted she-cat with bright blue eyes. She has three kits (Greenkit, Toothkit, and Furkit). She is a very mothering queen and is known for telling stories for all the kits at night.
Redfur: a orange coated she-cat with yellow eyes. She has two kits (Firekit and Icekit) Her kits are often favored by Slashtail because he suspects a prophecy lies behind them. Redfur is a very protective mother and plots about leaving ClawClan when the time comes for her kits initiation. Their father is the mysterious Slashtail. This closely knit family plots about leaving ClawClan one day.
Snakefang: a rather ambitious she-cat with a black pelt that is speckled grey and she has bright, ice blue eyes. She has one kits (Rainkit) She had two kits, but the other one (Dirtkit) died in his initiation. Rainkit would have died too, but Snakefang lunged in and saved her, refusing to let Rainkit move up to apprentice.
