A Path Undecided

[Leafstar]

Leafstar gazed through the thunderpath tunnel and to the other side where ThunderClan territory lied. She padded into the tunnel and sat in the murky water that covered the ground. She let out a long sigh, waiting for her brother, Icebramble of WindClan to meet her. Suddenly, a silhouette appeared at the end of the tunnel.

"Brother?" She called, listening to her voice as it echoed. Icebramble was Leafstar's older brother, but she was the one who always had to look after him. He was a warrior of WindClan who always got into trouble and was quite immature. Him and Leafstar were practically opposites, but they still loved each other.

"Leafstar! Sis, what's going on?" He called, sprinting for Leafstar and skidding through the water, soaking Leafstar in murky water. Leafstar batted her eyes in irritation and shook her pelt and cleared her throat.

"Your the one who said that you wanted to talk to me about something." She said, twitching her tail in anger.

"Oh, right! I wanted to tell you that i'm leaving the Clans and going far far away from here! I'm going to become a loner and explore the world!" He said, smiling happily. Leafstar blinked in disbelief.

"Are you crazy? How could you think of doing something so fox-brained? You are always getting into trouble! How is anyone going to watch out for you if you go out on your own into the world?" Leafstar said, a growl escaping her throat.

"Exactly why i'm here." He said, standing up tall and straight.

"Sis, I want you to come with me." He said, his face stone cold. Leafstar stepped back in astonishment. She had always wanted to explore the world, and for a long time she had thought about leaving her Clan when she retired and head into the world with Icebramble and explore the world. But their plan was to wait until she retired to leave.

"I thought you were going to wait until I retired to leave?" She said, putting her head down.

"I can't take it anymore! I have to get out of the confined borders of the Clans. I want freedom! I want danger! I want to explore!" He roared.

"I know you do, Icebramble. I do too, when I retire though. I can't leave ShadowClan yet." She said, her eyes sad about the thought of never seeing her brother again.

"So is that a no?" He said, his voice cracking slightly.

"I... I don't know yet." She said, turning around and padding out of the tunnel and into ShadowClan territory. "Just promise not to leave until I have a decision." She said, disappearing into the brush.

(I would like to reply to this RP as Hamano. Im gonna reply as her even though she hasnt been accepted yet, if shes accepted maybe i can keep this reply, if not you can delete this reply)

Hamano was hearing the conversation by using the transformation jutsu to turn to bird form and hearing from the trees. Leaving her Clan? Even as an elder, im not sure thats a good idea. Most of these "warrior cats" dont know how the big the world is. Sure they have seen a lot, but traveling the world would require a bond with humans, for even this part of the land is large, btu the whole world is another matter. I shouldnt talk to her about this. Hamano thought as she stretched her wings and flew behind a bush. Transform!. Hamano returned to her cat self and padded away from the bush.

[Leafstar]

Leafstar heard a cat exit from a bush and was startled at first, but sheathed her claws in defense.

"Why are you trespassing onto my territory?" She asked, her voice calm and steady. She pushed the thought of leaving to the back of her mind and focused on the intruder.

Awww, Crap! I forgot about a cats nimble senses for a second there! Hamano would have no choice but to show herself or else it would turn into a chase. Hamano stepped out of the bushes. "Its just me." She explained.


(Btw, i have an rp tip for you. ill make this to a post later for everybody to hear, but litsen. I notice that most RPers mostly have the word "said". For example, the first post of the rp, it went from Icebramble said, then Leafstar said, then Icebramble said, etc. The point is, most people do this and should have different words. Im not ostricizing you or anything, its just i would know cause im like sort of an author, and its this sight of the "said" pattern that i use different words to look like a better RPer then i really am. Try using these words:
told
explained
yelled
screeched
screamed
whispered
quietly spoke
she/he assured.
stated
asked
questioned
asked questioningly

You get the point, right?

(I know, i'm an author too. Several books actually, it is good to change up your words because using the same word constantly can loose the reader's attention quickly. Good tip for RP'ers Luc)

Leafstar relaxed her muscles and straightened up to the sight of Hamano.

"Oh, it's just you. You appeared out of no where, it startled me some." Leafstar admitted, gritting her teeth.

"I was merely hunting around the borders. A lot of prey is found near the Thunderpath Tunnel, you know." She said, weaving around Hamano and padding back toward camp.

[Luc]

"Leafstar, stop." Hamano spoke. Leafstar turned around. "What?" She asked.
"I heard what you were saying leafstar. I heard you talk to your brother Icebramble. Although i may not know anyone around here very well since i got here recently, but i do know that leaving the clan that took care of you to do other things isnt the wisest decision. Its your choice and i dont care what you choose, for im not from around here anyway. Just think for a while before you decide to run off with someone you barely know."
Hamano turned around, the moonlight glistening on her turquiouse fur, and dissapeared behind the bushes.

[Leafstar]

Leafstar narrowed her eyes and let out a fierce some growl.

"Barely know? He's my brother! We meet at every new moon at fourtrees to talk to each other catch up! Besides, i've taken care of this Clan just as much as they've taken care of me. And leaving when I retire wouldn't matter much because I'd be an elder. I know what the world entails beyond these borders. I've seen a lot of it. And we will be fine if I do go." She said angrily. She narrowed her eyes at Hamano and growled again, wlaking back toward her camp.
