A thin cat hissed as a twoleg that had came nere him. Snaping at the long things that came nere him it backed up. Hissing and growling again and made a run for it. Over a fence and around a few Thunderpaths. He sighed when he got to the other side. I only wanted food. he thought. His stomic growled at him. He noticed the land was different now that he had been walking for a bit. He took a deep breath in though his nose, Riverclan cat! No he wasn't at this place again. He looked around the land came back to him.

This is were he had grown up...

He stopped, what if he walked on and other cat knew him and noticed him, what would he say. He did look different now. He kepted on walking. Maybe I could caught a fish before going on. He soon came to a stream, glancing around he stuck his paws into the water.

(OCC: I was thinking maybe they could know eachother.)

[Snowstar]

Snowheart had smelled him from many pawsteps away. She was slow and precise and very quiet as she padded up behind him silently. Suddenly she lepped throught the air and landed on his back. "What are you doind on my territory loner?" She snarled at him. But then she looked closely at his face and gasped with regognizathing. "J-J-J" she couldnt force the name out of her mouth as she looked at him in disbelief. Stille holding him down she asked in a nicer voice that was still stern "What are you doing here? Where have you been?"

I just had my paws around a fish when a cat jumped on my back, flipping me over. "I'm freaking hungry leave me alone!" I growled at the she-cat, my wild side taking over. I flipped her over on her back and growled, even though she knew me. I marrowed my eyes at her. "Yes im Jayfeather, Jay now." I reslided that the white fur she had seemed like a life to me.

"Snow?" i asked. My heart beeting hard. "Yes... Snowheart." As I said her name my eyes flashed with love. I had alawys liked her and we were best friends back ago. I smiled and let her up, walking backwards to look at her. "i ended up here somehow.' I glared around. "I knew i could find fish here, I haven't ate for 3 days." i voice became deep. And my eyes turned wild for hunger. I probally looked like danger to her, like i was about to eat her alive.

[Snowstar]

Snowstar looked at him with endless blue eyes filled with sadness and a hint of something...longing. She straintened herself up proudly and gave him a little smile. "Actually it is Snowstar now. So you just attacked the leader of riverclan" her voice was thick with pride and happiness. She padded over to the stream slowly and in the next minute she had caught a fish. She pushed it with her paw over to Jayfeather...or Jay as he called himself.

"I really shouldn't be feeding you. It is my duty to feed the clan first but i am feeling generous today." She looked around and then back at him sadly. "Why did you leave?"

(I have learned I like first person rping better so Thats what I will do from now on.)

"You are helping out a old friend." I said with my mouth full of fish. It was very good and I downed it in a few seconds to one minute.

"Umm are you going to tell the clan about me and make me go back or are you just going to froget I was here?" i asked first, before I answered her question.

"You do rember my parents?" I asked but kept going on with my story before she could put a word in. "And my brother, who were both very bad and wanted to take over the clan. The day that my brother wanted me to fight, I told him no. He attacked me and I stood still, maybe slashing his face once. My mentor saw it and attacked him while my parents watched, not helping in the fight at all. I was unhurt but..." I took a deep breath. The story always burned my heart in love. "But my mentor was baddly hurt. I fended off my brother and father, my mother didn't want to fight and ran off with them." I looked away. I was a very good warrior back then, but sucked at hunting. "Anyways. I chased them across the border and came back to the clan. My mentor told me i was going to be the next deputy but he died. I ran away, I was so mad and tired, i ended up far away and I have been searching for him ever since." i ment her eyes. "Thats why i left."

[Leafstar]

(just saying... Snowheart, you are now SnowSTAR. Haha, calling yourself that now may be weird to get used to but your the leader now not the deputy )

[Snowstar]

(Well, I like 3rd person point of view)

Snowstar sighed inwardly and sat calmly down on her haunches. "After you left i worked hard and became the deputy. Then just a couple sunsets ago leader." She looked at Jayfeather with sad eyes. "I missed you a lot old friend. I looked for you constantly after you dissapeared thinking that you would turn up somewhere. But when you didnt..." tears sprang to her ice blue eyes and she had to turn away. "I thought you were...dead." Now her eyes grew hard with anger. "But now you just turn up in my clan after all this time! You should have came back sooner! I was so worried about you and all this time you were a flea infested loner." She started pacing back and forth.

"So what will it be this time? Will you stay or just run away again like nothing matters. I never ment anything to you did I?"

[blackie]

I looked at her. I realised that she had loved me as much as i had. "Please don't cry." I put my head down. "I was so mad, I never really though about how much of my old life I missed." i said looked up at her. "Now... you have made me see. Snowstar, will you be my mate if I stay." i stood up and walked towards her. "I loved you the first time I layed y eyes on you and my clan needs me again." i stated as I ment her beautiful blue eyes. "And I understand if you say no, I do and I will vanish and you will never see me again." My voice was now husky but i wasn't going to cry. I smiled sadly. "I do love you." I finished.

[Snowstar]

Snowstar picked up her head again and looked into his eyes. "Yes, the clans are going threw rough times and we do need more warriors. You may come back Jayfeather. I am sure the rest of the clan will except you." She padded over to him and touched her nose with his and then licked his head. "As for being mates... well I always had a feeling you loved me. The way you always used to follow me around everywhere. Well, that is something I will have to think about. Right now I must be strong for the clan."

[blackie]

I shook my head. Then after a minute of thinking I spoke. "I can't do it this way." I said and stopped, taking a deep breath. "If I go into the clan, and they all wecome me back, and all freak over me returning, If you say no, Im going to leave. But ill see all the smiles I will have to leave. And i woun't want to, but if you say no then like I said before I will contune my hunt of my brother, to kill him so my heart will not have that evil side to me. I will kill all three of them." I looked away. I stood up and started to walk toward the water looking over the icey blue water that always warmed my heart. "I will want to return, i would want to stay but every time I would look at you I would see when you said no and that will burn my heart more then my leart to kill my brother." I faced her, but not moving closer to her. "But if you say yes my heart will only burn to love you more, to be with you always, and my thirst for my brothers blood will eventually freeze till I never think of him again." I looked at her with cold eyes. "I'm sorry to have to make you answer now but I can't enter that camp again with out see the spot my mentor died in my paws." I said a tear rolled down my face and I quickly turned away again for fear she would see my crying.

[Snowstar]

Snowstar stared at Jayfeather calmly. "Well... i do love you... with all my heart. But I just don't want our love to get in the way of the decisions I must make for the clan. If i had to save you or a apprentice in battle who do you think I would choose?" She sighed to herself and padded over to look in the crystal clear water. "Oh...i want to be your mate more than anything else Jayfeather." she padded over to him and twined her tail with his. She looked up into his eyes and you could tell her's were shining with love. "Ok...we can be mates. You know I have always loved you right?" she asked quietly.

[blackie]

I licked her cheek. "I knew you always loved me and no worries I have learned to take care of my self in battle, lets just sayy most off the kittypets in that town are afraid of me." I smiled. "So you can save that apperentice." I finished. "My battle skills are very good now, It gets boring being by your self and I pushed my self to fight hard and long." He tenced his mucles. He was porbally sure she could feel and see them as they walked. "Plus with all this not eating, well im very skinny now." i smiled saddly at her, my life was basticly pushing my self to do better and burn fat off when I need it because I didn't have any food. i shruged, well if a cat could. "I'll be fiine, just think of me as a warrior who will never leave you side no matter what happens." i bowed my head. "I will always protect you." I looked into her eyes and twised my tail more with her's.

[Snowstar]

Snowstar snorted but her eyes gleamed playfully. "Me need protecting!" she flashed him a playfull smile. "it is you who will need protecting." Suddenly she launched herself at him and pinned him to the ground while biting the scruff of his neck softly so she couldn't hurt him. "Still think I need protecting?" she murmured into the scruff of his neck. She felt more alive then she had in moons. She nuzzled his neck soflt and a purr escaped through her throat. "Oh Jayfeather...how I have missed you. It will be nice to share a den with someone again." She still hade him pinned down but she let go of his scruff and gazed deeply into his eyes.

"Well i could easily kill you right now..." I thingyed my head to the side. "But I won't because i love ya, but I think you should get off me because if another cat see us they might think differently and come try and kill me, thinking I was trying to-" I froze. "Again?" i asked jealousy hit me hard and i sucked in a breath.

[Snowstar]

Snowstar rolled her eyes. "Don't worry Jayfeather I have the leaders den all to myself. I mean sharing a den with someone again beacause I havn't had the company of someone to keep my company in my nest for a while." She shook her head "Their have been toms trailing me around but I havn't been interested in any of them. Don't worry I have never had a...well I came close wants but you don't need to know about that." Snowstar turned toward him and licked his cheek. "I could never stop thinking of you. And I really never had time for a mate. Now come on lets go." Her ears were hot with embarrassment and she wanted to change the subject away from mates and jealousy.

[blackie]

I laughed and licked her face. "Sorry... umm." I looked around. "Lets go back to camps to I can get this all over with." I said. "So how many of the cats do you thing will freak about seeing me again?" i asked as we walked towards the camp. The land around me brought back memories and i started to purr. "Maybe we shouldn't walk into camp like this." I nodded to are tails and everything. "Might be a bit weird?" i asked.

[Snowstar]

Snowstar sniffed indignantly and her eyes flashed sadly. "Yes, It would be best if we kept are relationship hidden for a while. Otherwise cats would think I have been meeting you secretly for moons." She sighed and dropped her tail from his. "They might be a little upset about you just randomly showing up after all this time but they will get over it after a while. Something new will happen that will occupy there thoughts something always happens." She licked Jayfeathed ear and pressed her muscled to his briefly before she composed herself and took a step inside the camp.

I sighed when we walked into camp. Many of the cats i new and came up and started making a fuss about me being here. "I came back to serve my clan." i said to them all and just kept following Snowstar. "This is great." i said as we kept on walking.

Snowstar put her tail on Jayfeather's shoulder to make him stop then she bounded up on a high ledge to address the clan. "Let all cats old enough to gather prey meet below." she said loudly voice filled with the authority of a clan leader. "I know you all are wondering why I brought Jayfeather back with me. Well, face it, we need more warriors then ever and Jayfeather's skills are just as good as the rest of ours. He asked to come back when I found him in our territory and I am letting him. He has always been a cat of Riverclan even if he left us for a while. So suck it up and don't cause any trouble. He will be known as Jayfeather and I am positive he will serve this clan well." She bounded back down and looked at all of her clan to make sure they knew she didn't want any fights. Then she padded up to Jayfeather formerly and touched her nose to his. "Welcome back to Riverclan Jayfeather."

I watched as other cats joined under the rock. Snowstar welcomed me into the clan and I smiled up at her. When she was done with all the leader stuff then came back to me. "Thank you Snow... Star." i said purring and licking her check quickly. "I need to talk to you though." i whispered into her ear. "Its about were im sleeping tonight." I pionted with my tail to her den the followed her up there. "Wouldn't it be weird if any cat saw me come up here and sleep with you tonight, maybe if I made a nest in the warrior's den and pretendwed to sleep in there till they are all alseep them sneek up here?" I asked my mind working fastly.
